Brandon was on time, courteous, and honest. Although my repair wasn't able to be accomplished due to an issue discovered during the repair, he was honest and explained everything to me. He told me the next steps that could be taken, and an approximate cost. He will be my first phone call whenever an appliance isn't working properly. 110 percent recommend.
