We were with Pet Street Station Animal Hospital in Norwich for 8 years. Then they open/go in with some pharmacy, saying they are not going to work with outside pharmacies anymore but they will write a prescription that can be picked up. After I asked the legality of this new policy, my animals were dropped as patients. Now I know most of you are thinking, why not just get the prescription through them... I would but it would cost me $350+ every 2 months for the same meds I get on petcarerx.com.

Our cat Chester, an established patient, had a recurrence of an eye ulcer and we got "squeezed in" the same day we saw him constantly rubbing at his eye for an exam and treatment. Could not ask for more.

Great facility and very friendly staff. We received a follow-up phone call to see how the kittens were recovering, and the staff were great and answered our questions with recommendations for follow-up things to do to help recovery.

After sharing that my cat was in pain, pulling his hair out and hunks, and had lost weight and was acting stiff and in pain, you okay blood test results came back that he most likely had kidney disease. They sent me away with nothing for his pain. Then when I complained they told me I should have called sooner when I was actually calling an entire week before their recommended follow-up visit because his pain seemed to not be getting any better. I asked for a prescription for prednisone, was told yet again, that I should have called sooner, the vet assured me she would call it in the following day, and she did not so my cat suffered needlessly all weekend when I could have been starting Prednisone for him. I have heard similar instances of poor treatment of animals and customers alike at Pet Street Station. I calmly tried to voice my objections to the receptionist and was hung up on. Integrity is apparently not something this particular office understands. I am spreading the word about this place because nobody should leave a vet's office with their pet not really cared for. It makes me wonder why they are even doing what they're doing. Go find something you believe in and do that instead, and leave the care of animals and their owners to people who actually care like Dr. Wayne Wratten in Madison.

New to Norwich and looking for a vet. I called to make an appointment and was told they were not taking new patients. I asked what is a person supposed to do, thinking she might recommend someone, said I don't know, and hung up. I asked around and told where I could find a vet that cared, and did. I would never reconsider them under any circumstance.

I recently had the pleasure of taking my dog Piper to Pet Street Station and I can't express enough how excellent the care was. The team ensured Piper was seen immediately, which was greatly appreciated given the stress any pet parent experiences in such situations.
The vet was not only professional but also incredibly warm and caring. Every question I had was answered in detail, providing reassurance and clarity about Piper's condition and the treatment plan. The genuine concern they showed for Piper's wellbeing was truly touching. I wholeheartedly recommend this vet to all pet owners for their superb service and compassionate care. Truly, a five-star experience!
