The Norwich Family YMCA is a highly regarded community organization that offers a wide range of facilities and activities. The staff is praised for their great service, and the people are described as friendly and welcoming. The facility is well-equipped, with various classes and equipment available for members to enjoy. The YMCA has also been recognized for opening its doors to the community during difficult times, providing a warm and safe haven. However, some concerns have been raised about the lack of supervision during certain hours, leading to issues with unruly behavior.
For the most part 5 stars all around. The staff is great, the people are great. I like the classes.
0 stars for the Christian Nationalism News in the men's locker room everyday. I'm talking Steve Bannon preaching about Trump being chosen by God.... Literally every day I go.
Honestly I enjoy having a membership at Norwich Family YMCA I can lift weights workout and get a lot of cardio playing noon basketball and enjoy myself and meeting new people in friendship
Great facilities, clean friendly staff most of the time. Just don’t go between 1pm - 6pm if you are hoping to work out of use the courts. Lack of building supervision at that time leads to kids running wild thru the building
