I usual don’t leave reviews but I have to today . Just wanted to say thanks to Don , Beth and CC for all the time and help this week . I’ve been doing business with them since the 80s back when they were located in the Jameway parking lot and they have always been great! We are very fortunate to have them here in Norwich. Not only are they very friendly the professionalism and knowledge cannot be surpassed. I’ve done a lot of business with them and they always come through. I had several issues with my pool this week and made several trips to their store . I went in for some supplies for my hottub and the salesperson recommended some hydrotherapy items that are absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this business. I love that it is a small local business too! A++

Very friendly, and helpful. Went to a place in Endicott last yr., they were not very ' go out of the way ' helpful. We are very happy that we found B & D pool & spa.
