When I had my house built, I bought an air source heat pump online without really knowing how I would get it installed. The builder wasn't familiar with the requirements, but Dennis Avolio was able to tell us where it had to be installed to work properly and immediately set up an installation appointment. The young man who did the installation, Ben, did an excellent job, even matching the cover for the exterior wiring to the color of my metal roof. Won’t answer the phone or return the call ?♂️. Seems like a decent sized place, so I didn’t foresee that as being an issue. Can’t quite justify tossing a one star rating into the mix considering I don’t know the quality of their work. But I’d say a three is deserved when you can’t even do the basics of business, be responsive to customer inquiries.
