Small gym with great selection of equipment that is decently maintained. There is a ton of natural light as well. Self check in is a big plus. I added a another star to my review, as the gym has stepped up its cleaning alot.
I was accompanying my friend who is a member. His personal trainer was also educating me verbally the workout regimen. Didn't have to. It was a warm welcome. I'd give five stars but I didn't work out.
Always plenty of room on the equipment and space to use it.Sometimes the equipment and building are clean, but not always. The staff I've spoken with most of the time is very nice and helpful...they'll answer all your questions or get you started exercising.
