My first reflexology appointment was so relaxing. It started with a detox soak followed by a foot scrub leading into the massage. I felt calm and my feet softened up, relaxing my whole body. I also leaned about how the pressure points in your feet connect to other parts of the body. I highly recommend Qi Thai!
