Cass was awesome! She spent tons of time with us and was very detailed. She was there well before we arrived and took care of the outside part of the inspection first so that we didn't have to wait in the cold. The day after the inspection she sent a 26 page report with hundreds of pictures and observations to help us be sure we were making a wise purchase. Highly recommend!

My wife and I decided to move from Cincinnati to Niagara County, NY. We found a home but unfortunately we had little time to inspect it. As an Architect I was disappointed that I could not use my skills so I turned to a home inspection service, the one that seemed to have many positive reviews. Cassandra (KAZ) was not only a pleasure to work with but she gained my trust quickly. Her inspection was complete and thorough.
