Last month, we needed to resolve a previously mis-diagnosed prescription for contacts (from a different dr's office) and get fitted for and order them. I can't think of the last time we encountered someone in the service industry who so enthusiastically and expertly helped us like Charles (Delaware Rd location) did that day. After the doctor completed the exam, Charles went to great lengths to troubleshoot our issue and delivered a solution that was outside of the box. We appreciate his clear explanations of the options and his endeavor to help us reach our desired outcome. Everyone is always very courteous and professional when we visit, but this time it was a notch above terrific! Thanks, Charles-you are definitely in the right role :)

I just had my first appointment with them and everything was wonderful. I was able to schedule an appointment after my normal workday that didn't take months to get in. Was seen exactly on time. The Dr. and Joe were kind and made me feel completely comfortable. Would highly recommend to any family or friends.
