They did not clean my suits, at all. They lost a custom vest. They would do nothing to locate it. Insisted I give them more time to find it. I then heard the associate on the phone with another location complaining that this has been happening frequently. It's Friday night, I still have to find someone to clean my suits, I'm still missing my vest, this is not how to run a business. They also did not complete the repair, which was a simple button replacement.

I am a new customer. Last visit to pick up my sweaters will be my last visit. No hello or how are you Another lady came in after me got a big hello. I said thank you after paying for my sweaters zero. The clerk then came around the counter to talk to the other lady her back facing me I said good by zero from the clerk. Rude. A customer is a customer. Every one counts. Poor way to run a business. I will go elsewhere with my business. Barbara

Dealing with an employee such as Shay is the reason, I am a customer at Alexander's Cleaning. After a overcharge situation, which I did not catch, our next order was credited. When I came in today, Shay explained the situation and how it was resolved, I truly appreciate her follow thru and integrity.
