Office staff was very communicative and answered all questions up front. Work was started and completed on schedule. No complaints thus far, seems to be great value for what you get. Stone coated metal is the way to go; looks like shingles to most people, and the extra cost upfront is minimal when considering the cost of 2 shingle roofs for same life expectancy. Looking forward to never having to replace this 2500 sqft roof again.
From start to finish Garvin Metal Roofs was awesome to work with. By far the best experience I've had working with a roofing company. They installed a new shingle style metal roof onto our house and it not only looks great, but it is built to last with a 50 year warranty. Tony was our point of contact from the start of the estimate to the roofs completion and always made time to answer the million questions I had for him. Great product at a great price. The job foreman, Mike was great to work with. The crew's attention to detail was evident in everything they did. They had rain every day but they pushed on through it.
