I went to the CNY Home show in Syracuse looking for a roofer to replace the metal roof on a cottage in Henderson NY we purchased about 12 years ago. I was surprised when I found that GMR Metal roofing was located in Adams NY.
I knew that the existing roof did not have sheeting or a membrane below the meatal and we were having water infiltration issues in various locations. A GMR salesperson made an appointment and we discussed the Issue. He had reviewed our location and knew the square footage and steep slope of the roof. Great experience with this local contractor on a metal roof project. The crew was professional and everything was completed efficiently and cleaned up well. Highly recommend if you're in the market for a metal roof.
Kathy and I were very pleased the looks of our new roof. It enhanced the overall look of our home. The roofers did a great job installing and cleaning up following its completion.
