Great company. Install crew efficient and clean. The service tech was sketch, I believe his name is Tony R. I had no choice but to believe his diagnosis, system was already at life expectancy, from 2018. He said it was time. It worked before he got here, but at least it is only 23,000 to change. Had them come for a routine maintenance of my gas furnace which has not been checked a few years. They found a problem with the switch on the gas valve and were able to replace it in a second trip. I only had to pay for the part and install. Was worried they might try to charge me for the maintenance but they thankfully did not.

I just had my first experience with APA, my technician was Dylan. Dylan explained in detail what he was doing,problems he found,actually solving the problem I had. Two previous air conditioning company didn’t find the issue causing my problem. APA is my company now! I can recommend them without reservation.
