10/10 Experience from start to finish. Took my 3 year old daughter to see Dr. Portnoy due to enlarged tonsils and sleep apnea. He immediately diagnosed my daughter and provided me with different options for treatment. Dr. Portnoy was kind and answered any questions or concerns we had. We never felt rushed during the appointment. He was gentle with my daughter and had her laughing the entire time. I was able to schedule her Tonsillectomy & Adenoidectomy procedure in two weeks. 1 month post-op later I can say that Dr. Portnoy has changed my daughters life!
