The staff is very friendly and a very clean environment. My only complaint is that they aren’t accepting insurance plans at this time which would have been more beneficial financially. Otherwise the team is very well rounded and they were fast to schedule me appointments towards my teeth that was in desperate need.

I recently had an excellent dental visit for a cleaning and what an extremely thorough cleaning it was. My dental hygienist is Katia and she is friendly, professional and makes her patients feel comfortable. My dental exam was no problem either. They always make helpful recommendations . All staff I came in contact with are personable and very helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This dental office has one of the worst labs I’ve ever seen. I’ve had dental work my whole life and majority, if not all of my teeth are now crowned. I came to them to restore the front 12 top and bottom teeth and it’s been a nightmare over the last two years. The lab just can’t seem to get it right. I go several times a month as they continue to make horrible attempts at front crowns. Sometimes the teeth come with a huge chip in the front, they’re uneven, they don’t fit right up to the gum and they just look and feel horrible. I’m stuck here with them until they get it right because they will only refund me 50% of what I paid, which would be nothing for that last six teeth. They make me wait for hours at a time in the room and sometimes I go there and the temps aren’t even ready, but no one has the courtesy to call me and reschedule the appointment prior to my arrival. The communication between everyone there is lacking. No one ever knows what’s going on. I chose them because their lab is on site, but they really have architects who design the teeth in another country and the lab just prints out whatever they’ve designed and they’re not even good at that. They’ve had to come and assess the color and the style of the teeth many times and every one of my wishes with what I’ve asked is just ignored and forgotten every time they remake the temps. I’ve lived in temporary crowns for two years and half the time they don’t fit right and my teeth underneathe are suffering. I thought I finally found my new place for the rest of the dental work I’m going to need, but this has just been one big nightmare. My implants on the bottom aren’t even comfortable either, but that’s another issue in itself. Please look elsewhere if you need Dental crowns and implants. They do not stand behind their work and they will string you along for years because they don’t want to refund you any money. Also, their billing is handled by a third party, so you can’t speak with anyone for your refund, they’re just the middlemen in between and they blame it on the 3rd party billing company for not being able to refund your money. I do want to add that the dental hygienist and the cleaning she provides was one of the best I’d ever received and Dr. Ryan is also great and accommodating, but that’s about it.

I started my dental implant journey approximately one and a half years ago. I have had no problems, and I am still very pleased. At this time, I would rate it a five star. I feel another 6 to 12 months to see if any problems occur. If all continues as well, I will continue to read a five star and recommended to all my patients.
