Wants to rip you off, and make you make an appointment for everything. I met my deductible, and they still charged me 2 office visits over $150. Instead of being refunded, it just sits as a balance. Won't sign any paperwork as a health care provider unless they get their money first in the form of an appointment and them sending out referrals is a nightmare. I needed them to send out a referral to neurology for headaches, and I had to call 3 weeks postpartum every other day for like 3 weeks until it was actually sent over.

When I needed the doctor the most. He would not take one minute to call me back unless I made an appointment. When the doctor doesn’t call back a patient when he needs the doctor the most as one doctor I don’t wanna deal with or be associated with or have my health in his hands! Dr K

One of the most unprofessional places I had to experience unfortunately. Their faith over science ideologies do not sit well with me, I can continue coming here when everytime I do I get ridiculed about my illnesses and don't get properly treated
