“I came into Leon's as a walk-in on a Monday morning while staying in Rochester for a business trip. Not only was he one of the few businesses open at that time, but he was communicative and offered high-quality service and did not rush me at all, clearly taking pride in his work. If I lived in the city, I'd definitely have him on speed dial anytime I needed a fade or lineup.
