I’ve only been there twice so far but both times were excellent experiences. Juan was my barber for both trips. He is very thorough and gives you exactly what you ask for. Not only is he precise but he takes his time and doesn’t make you feel rushed. I was very pleased with how my haircut and beard trims looked both times I went. All of the staff are very nice and welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new barber.“

I had searched for barbershops close to my hotel as I was staying in Rochester to be with my brother who is hospitalized for a major surgery. This barbershop was great. “I booked a haircut with Sam for my 2.5 year olds cut. I was nervous to take him to a place that wasn’t designed specifically for kids but saw online that they offered boys haircut and had good reviews. I called ahead to make sure they would be okay with doing it since it takes a little more patience with toddlers and was reassured they are happy to take young kids. Sam did my son’s haircut and he was so great with him! Very patient and flexible with getting him comfortable & distracted. They also had a few kids books on the table and turned on cartoons when we walked in. Very happy with the cut and the whole experience. Would definitely recommend! :)“
