Certified Water Smoke and Fire (Jarrod) were prompt and courteous the whole cleanup process. He kept me informed each day of what they would be working on and met each milestone. They left the house clean each day and bent over backwards to accommodate me.

I came home from vacation to find no hot water and a wet basement. Not sure when it happened but my hot water tank failed. Everything was wet. I called Certified Water Smoke and Fire and they came by 2:30 pm that afternoon and started hauling out wet items the next morning - placing 18 fans and 2 dehumidifiers. I initially thought I would have to haul everything out and it was a relief to have so many people do it for me. The communication was clear and they returned my calls within minutes. I can’t say enough about Jared and his team. Josh did an excellent job with follow up and answering my concerns with facts. I highly recommend. Photos are wet to dry!

I had a hot water pipe burst in my basement. My adjuster sent out them out to mitigate. When I expressed my desire to have damaged sheet rock removed to prevent mold they were happy to oblige. Levi was extremely professional and kept in contact with me as the drying process progressed. He even came on the weekend to check out their fans and the dehumidifier.
