Dave and Cheryl...These folks took the time and effort above and beyond to make things happen for me. Yes it's their job to sell real estate . But these folks are honest, forthright and let me come to them. No pressure, no BS. Not only that they know other great folks that furthered my experience such as banking people, construction people and helped me out outside the box. Give them a shot, talk to them and you'll see. I live over seven hours from my New York State Property and this made it very difficult for me to find a good realtor. I trusted a couple Real Estate agencies in the area to list it only to find out they really did nothing for me, not even sure if a sign was put on the property. I listed my home with Yelle Realty and Darcy Lacombe was my realtor. My experience was organized, professional and pleasant from beginning to end. Cheryl and Darcy answered all my questions, were always quick to respond and kept me well informed of how the process would unfold. Darcy advertised my home frequently and in many places. It only took 4 months to find a buyer. I highly recommend these ladies!
