Dave and Cheryl...These folks took the time and effort above and beyond to make things happen for me. Yes it's their job to sell real estate . But these folks are honest, forthright and let me come to them. No pressure, no BS. I live over seven hours from my New York State Property and this made it very difficult for me to find a good realtor. I listed my home with Yelle Realty and Darcy Lacombe was my realtor. My experience was organized, professional and pleasant from beginning to end. Cheryl and Darcy answered all my questions, were always quick to respond and kept me well informed of how the process would unfold. Darcy advertised my home frequently and in many places. It only took 4 months to find a buyer. I highly recommend these ladies!
