“I've had the same person cut my hair for twenty years. I had to miss an appointment recently and needed to get my haircut badly. I walked into Dukes on a Wednesday and was able to quickly make an appointment for that Friday. I was not expecting to just walk in and get in right away. On Friday morning I showed up about 15 minutes early. I picked up on a few things immediately. The place was clean and you could see it was a professional operation. It was also busy which was a good sign because that means they have steady business. More importantly everyone was happy. The customers have relationships with the barbers. There was a younger kid who was smiling ear to ear after his haircut. It was very refreshing. My appointment was with Brian Barker. He did an excellent job. He was very friendly and easy to talk too. It wasn't easy having someone else cut my hair after twenty plus years. I can't recommend Dukes enough. It exceeded all of my expectations“
