I have been taking my son here for about 10 years and the staff is amazing. He can get a little over-excited/anxious at times and they are always so patient and kind. I've never had any issues with appointments, and he usually gets in with very little wait time.

The hygienists and dentist were great.... Their record keeping is down right scary at the buffalo ave, niagara falls, ny location. They added a random number as a contact number. This number recieved calls concerning my childs care and appointments. They also connected old addresses and information with my account after specifically being asked not too... read full review
