Jillian is an excellent therapist. I always get the ultimate massage. My only complaint is that although I've talked to several secretaries, I can not get an itemized bill print out of my previous appointments so that I can submit it to my insurance company for repayment of my service. I don't understand why this seems to be so difficult. I have talked to several girls at the front desk. I have been trying to get this itemize billing statement for over a month. Several secretaries have said they were gonna work on it. I come in a week later. I still don't get it. They said they would leave messages with someone who are more familiar with the programming... read full review
Have been going to Notaro for massage therapy for about a year through the VA Community Care Program. Had a session this morning. Jillian is A.MAZE.ING. She listens to my concerns and communicates well before and during the treatment session. Not only is she a capable masseuse, she is one of the sweetest people with a wonderful disposition. Sometimes she gets a little behind through no fault of her own (people are late for appointments, etc.), but I've never felt rushed or been given less than the 50 minutes I'm booked for.
