Staff were easy to talk to and the most empathetic and kind people I was lucky to meet. I was having a terrible day and their compassion made such a huge difference in my life. My first time experience here was terrific!! Not only did I get my prescription (necessarily) updated, but they were also SO helpful in getting my new glass lenses updated to my specification. I especially want to thank LuAnn, who assisted me with my new lenses and made sure I got what I needed in time for a trip out of town. I was VERY happy when I left there today!! Kudos!
