Gift to our community, that's what this office turned out to be! Busy place too. The intake person was a bit brisk (Not RUDE), but the doctor was GREAT and answered all my questions. Just a really lovely person and NOT my usual experience with doctors. And person who processed the end of my appt also was very thorough and kind. Even the new prescription was picked up at the end of the waiting room was just lovely and answered my questions about getting glasses even though I didn't choose to buy them there.Give yourself the gift of this place and DO NOT WAIT -------- the glasses place specified the problem over FIVE YRS AGO and I've put it off due to fear and being overwhelmed,...read full review

I was so grateful they could get me in immediately when I had scary symptoms with one eye. Dr. Montesanti was very thorough with his examination and explained everything to me. I was fortunate it was nothing requiring surgery and now I know I can call ECVA any time 24/7. We usually go to the ECVA Williamsville office (Dr. Hammersmith) but they got me in at Niagara Falls where a doctor was on duty. I highly recommend both offices for great doctors and staff!
