My first pedicure EVER! I was a bit nervous as I have no experience with pedicures. I was mostly worried it might hurt, especially to clean up my cuticles. Turns out my fear was unfounded. Mimi did an EXCELLENT job! She took her time & was very thorough. Very pleased with the results! I'll definitely be returning, and asking for Mimi.

Got there at 9:45. Pedicure timely and great. Sat for 15 minutes waiting for nails while they waited on 3 walk-ins AFTER me. Technician very friendly however not focused. Rushed. No base coat and didn't smooth edges after polishing. Told me to rub my cuticle with oil.

I have been getting my nails done here for 5 years. I loved my stylist. I love her work. Unfortunately today I was late. I have never arrived 15 minutes late. She told me that she couldn't do my nails. I understand but I asked her if she could do what she could until her next customer arrived. She refused. I guess I thought she valued me as a customer. I have waited for more times than I can count. She has doubled booked and I have graciously come back to accommodate her. I expected the same courtesy. Needless to say, I need a new nail tech. 😔
