If I could leave zero stars I would. Brought my Jeep there because one of the trans lines were leaking. Got it back after them having it for a week and they replaced the wrong line. Did you even test drive it? Check for leaks again??? I literally got it home and had a huge puddle under my car, had to have it towed to a different garage to be fixed because this place lacks basic problem solving and reading abilities. Looks like other customers have had the same results.. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

When I made the appointment for a vehicle inspection, I was told I needed to bring my window tint exemption form when I come in for my appointment and I did. They then took it upon themselves to put the exemption decal on the windshield during the inspection. When I asked why they did, they told me they had to and asked me if I knew anything about inspecting cars. Apparently they know all about inspecting cars but don’t know how to read. The first thing the exemption paperwork states is the decal is to be placed on any window EXCEPT the windshield. Now I have to pay for another eye exam to get another decal since removing it makes it void. At no time ever did I ask them to install the decal, it wasn’t installed because I have an appointment with the window tinters to remove a piece of tint to install the decal. The woman at the desk told me to go to Newport service if I didn’t like it, definitely not who I would trust to work on my car.Service: Vehicle safety inspection
