I had originally posted a 1-star review after running out of propane again in the middle of winter and waking up to a house that was 58 degrees.
I have updated it to a 3-star after calling the corporate office to get my issue resolved after getting no resolve with my local office. They have assured me they will be coaching their staff and implementing some additional measures to ensure I don't run out of propane again in the future.
They have one more chance to redeem.

I order propane through the Ithaca location. A few years back, my fiance was battling cancer. She took several hot baths a day. Without realizing it, we ran out of propane. We called E&V and they told me there would be a fee for coming out in an emergency. "No problem, we're fine with that. But we need it today." They came out the same day and she was able to keep taking her hot baths. Then the delivery guy realized who it was, and that she was battling cancer. Had our Mitsubishi mini-split installed today by DJ, Doug and Dave and they did such a fantastic job all around! They were very professional, courteous, and friendly. They also made sure to provide all the information about the new unit and answer my questions. I also would like to mention that earlier this summer, I had Rich K. come and deep-clean an existing mini-split that was super dirty and moldy, and he did an incredible job at getting that unit clean! I am so happy with the quality of service, I have decided to use E&V Energy for the maintenance of other systems in my home (boiler, water heater).
