For a few years I was filing my taxes with H&R block but couple of my friends were doing it with Sofokles for a long time and they suggested me to do it with them this time.I am extremely happy that I chose to file my taxes for 2020 with them.They were very customer centric and had answer to all my questions.The best thing was that before I could even think my tax refund for both federal and state was in my account.In prior years I had to wait atleast 3 weeks to get money back from feds and more then months from state but they both landed in my account within 10 days of me filing my taxes.Just one thing if u plan to go there make sure u carry cash or have zelle on you...read full review

Patty is fantastic! She has been doing our taxes for a few years now and the service has been great! I could have done it on my own but she finds more that we can benefit from and she explains things in depth which is far better than what turbotax can do. Patty has saved us so much money. It's very easy to submit things to her via fax or email and she squeezes people in during the crunch time. She's very personable, first time meeting her I felt as though I've known her for years. Her daughter Alex at the front desk is also wonderful, on the phone and in person! We highly recommend Sofokles Tax Services!

Went to H&R and had a problem. Started going to Patty and I have been very pleased with her service. I got married and moved away and still patty does our taxes. Back in New York and still Patty does our taxes. Wonderful lady she is and her daughter Alice. Very nice and honest people. I have recommended people to her who are also happy with her service. Patty your the best 😘
