They take the time to explain procedures to children, ensuring a positive experience. For instance, children can hold onto a little monkey and wear sunglasses during treatments, making visits enjoyable. The office staff is also friendly and accommodating, helping to calm nerves and providing excellent communication with outside providers like orthodontists. My daughter seen DR Mae and she was amazing !!! My daughter has always been nervous with extremely high anxiety at the dentist and as soon as Dr Mae came in my daughter was so comfortable , got a filling and didn’t even make a sound during the entire procedure !!
I am so happy I found this dentist office. Dr Karen and her hygienist Maria treated my daughter with love and were so helpful and informative. My daughter can't wait to go back! Thank you so much!
Had our first appointment yesterday for my 2 teenagers.... The staff was friendly and respectful,made my girls feel less anxious and heard both their concerns. Had a confusing moment afterwards when some specific needs weren't going to be available at this office and require an oral surgeon...... The oral surgeon associated with this practice doesn't accept insurance, anyway.......was able to resolve and book follow ups that accommodated school and work schedules,so that was awesome. I've had the worst time booking dentists that take new patients and accept our insurance and have appointments available this year.
