I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this neurology office.
My father had an appointment scheduled more than five weeks in advance. I coordinated time off, travel, and expenses to ensure he could be seen. I traveled from North Carolina and spent over $600 to bring him to this appointment—only to arrive and be told it had been canceled. We received no phone call, no voicemail, no email, and no prior notification of any kind. They said they called and when I pressed about when and what number they called, I was met with vagueness.

Very RUDE receptionist! Dr Nasir's name was on the hospital list of follow up neurologist visit. The receptionists answered and immediately put me on 10minute hold. When she answered she said that Dr . Nasir only does virtual appointment. I asked if they have any of our paperwork from the hospital and she just doesn't want to check or hear anything, she said you can have a virtual appointment or not, it's up to you! People don't just call a Neurologist for shit and giggles! A little compassion and empathy will go a long ways specially if you're in a medical field!
