I love coming here for the yoga nidra and breathwork classes. The studio is lovely and super comfy. The ambiance is perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Their little shop is so cute as well. It's definitely one of my favorite places to go to in the Hudson Valley. :)

I’m new to the area and am enjoying my time in these classes. The studio is very clean and inviting the. Instructors are friendly and helpful and the class mates attending are nothing but kind and clean.The Thursday 7pm class will kick your butt!It’s nice to have such a clean hot yoga studio near!

Traveling around OC looking for new hot yoga studios and was led to Alma & so glad too. It's a unique studio, quaint retail area bound to make you lol with moderately challenging classes under passionate leadership. Takes me an hour to get to class and it's been worth it every time.
