I don't think they cleaned my blazer at all as it still had stains and smell. I was able to rub stains off pretty easily so they weren't permanent stains. No clothes should be coming from dry cleaning smelling worn. Something is off, and I suspect the jacket wasn't even cleaned.
Very friendly and professional! Have been using their service for over a year. Never a problem! Great prices too! They have been super helpful when I am in a hurry or need rush tailoring! Have sent all my fiends in the neighborhood here!
We have been using ZC cleaners since we moved to the area about 16 months ago. They are absolutely a breeze and we have never had any issues. They always answer the phone right away and we have no complaints about the pick-up and drop-off service. They will do same-day service if you ask. We will continue to use ZC as long as we live in the area.
