Visiting from a very small studio in rural New Hampshire, I was nervous about finding the right place to practice here in the big city. It's intimidating, wandering into a new studio, not knowing a soul, wondering if I could keep up. But in finding Yogamaya, all that trepidation was gone.

I have been coming to YOGAMAYA since a year into its opening in 2010. I am a Chelsea resident and appreciate the convenient location but consider myself the luckiest yogi in the world in regards to the exquisite environment, specificity in alignment and philosophical artistry of the teachers and students who go there. I have since become a teacher myself but joyfully continue to practice in the studio where my body, mind and soul can flourish. Thank you Bryn!
