The hair stylist showed up late while I tried to entertain my toddler in the submarine chair. She didn’t engage with him much and did the opposite of what I asked. She thinned and cut the from of his hair while leaving the back shaggy. When I complained originally they asked if I’d come back and they could fix it but I didn’t want to risk them taking more of his hair off and ended up going to a barber to have it cleaned up

We’ve come here many times and always have such a great experience! The place is very cute. The staff do a great job and are so very friendly.

I’ve come here quite a bit for the last year. Bang Trims used to be $15, and now they’re $25. A 68% price hike on this service within one year is significant and that’s without tax and tip. It also feels very rushed

I still take my son here to get his hair cut, and now he is stylist is Betty who is absolutely amazing! This is the 4th time, she has cut my son’s hair and I love it every time! Every time my son is about to get his hair cut, Betty has small conversations with my son and she also gives him the tablet while he is on the chair, then he begins to sit still while getting his hair cut. Betty helps my son decide which show he wants to watch then she asks what kind of food he likes which is pizza. She smiles and then she says she likes pizza. That warms my heart because not only is she giving my son his hair cut, she is interacting with him and smiling with him. My son is getting comfortable and more comfortable that he lets Betty give him the hair cut. I just love Betty’s energy and I am so grateful that my son has someone like Betty. I definitely recommend her to others. She is great!

Betty gave my godson his first haircut and she did a fantastic job! He was predictably chaotic and loud, but he was no match for Betty. She is so skilled and patient and the cut came out SO GOOD. Everyone at Thanksgiving was obsessed.

I posted the previous review to make sure you dare not pull any child’s hair the way you did ever again. Autistic or not . This is not the first hair cut I gave my son ! He’s 6 . You clearly had our details and you never mentioned when I placed the booking that you were over booked .

I take my son here for a haircuts because they say they are trained to work with autistic children. We have had good experiences in the past but Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the experience today . I thought a lot before posting this but I think I’m doing the right thing! The stylist pulled my son’s hair to hold his head in place and didn’t offer him any breaks, even though she cut very quickly. Despite me mentioning that he’s sensitive to the sound of the trimmer, she kept the hair dryer on while the trimmer is working till i told her not to do so . It was as if she’s in a major rush to be done with it and start the next !

I was honestly shocked to see how little empathy she showed. My son was visibly uncomfortable, and she continued tugging his hair from the front which her hand while clipping the back.
I didn’t bring a puppy for a trim this is a child !
I only gave a tip because I could see she was struggling to complete the cut, but I left feeling upset that his needs were not respected.

The salon is quite cramped, although they do have some toys for kids to play with before the haircut. We arrived on time but still had to wait around 5–10 minutes. Overall, I didn’t feel that this was a sensory-friendly or compassionate environment for a child with special needs.

Our first visit was way back when they opened and we loved it and we forgot to write it here . There it is awesome experience for my son and I.
