I ordered a chain from them through groupon. Worst customer service. I tried to send it back because it didn't't fit. They won't give me a return label to credit my refund. I keep getting the run around. They want me just to mail it without one. They're trying to finesse me to send it back without crediting me. I will not purchase from them again!!!!
Initially, I had ordered earrings through Groupon. I received completely the wrong order and was unable to message or talk to Groupon. I went directly to this website and spoke to a wonderful customer service person named Linda. She quickly responded to my request to send the correct Earrings. Less than five days later, I received my beautiful earrings in the mail.
It’s refreshing to work with a customer service person that cares about what she does. She works in the shipping department of your company and is truly a benefit in representing your product.

I purchased what was advertised as solid 14k gold earrings. When they arrived, they're gold plated and clearly stamped 925. Then this company had the audacity to tell me to pay to send them back. It's been a month and I still have not received a label to ship this shyte back to them OR gotten a refund.
Someone should explain to these fools the difference between SOLID GOLD and plated.
