The salon is clean, organized, and has such a relaxing atmosphere.They always make sure you’re comfortable and leave with perfect nails. Highly recommend! Me and my friend’s new favorite spot!

I have been going to YaYa Nails in Tribeca for 15 years. The staff is always courteous and skilled. I have always had a great experience and I have never heard a customer near me ever complain. I would definitely recommend this salon for any of their services.

First and last !! A simple Mani and pedi cost me $71 dollars it was a 15 minute service and I had to ask for my cuticles to be cut!! They charged me $10 more for using a certain polish which they directed me too and then didn’t tell me until the end. Charged me to soak off my polish for another $10 which they just buzzed off.
These prices are really getting out of hand and the service isn’t even good.

My second time getting my nails done here - not sure why the bottoms always look off like this and they wouldn't have fixed it?? More importantly every time I come here I feel like my fingers are beat up. They file the upper part of ur nail bed so aggressively and leave you with literal raw cuts (see pic). Go to A6 nail down the street

Amazing place!! Should have way better ratings in my opinion. I got a pedicure today and everyone was super sweet and did a great job. I also really loved how attentive everyone was. Will be going back! Also: the vibes are lit. Very relaxing music playing, and just a super chill, relaxing environment in general.

I've been coming here for 2 years and I've always felt satisfied. Everyone who works there is so beyond sweet. They are very caring and when you choose a nail salon it is important to find a place that cares about you more than just nails. After all you do see them almost every 3 weeks. truly one of the best experiences. makes New York City feel like home.

They took two hours to do mine and my friends nails, the technician was rough and the experience was awful. They completely ruined my nails and they appeared cracked after you could also see the powdered dip floating in the finish. I have NEVER had such a bad manicure. The staff were rude and unhelpful and did not offer me a refund only to sit for another two hours and have them redone. I will be making a claim with my bank.
