Beware of WeWork's Unethical Practices – Delayed Refunds and Broken Promises

Our experience with WeWork has been nothing short of frustrating. After vacating our office space at 379 W Broadway in full compliance with their terms, WeWork has failed to return our service retainer of $10,320, which was contractually due 90 days ago. Despite multiple follow-ups and written confirmations from their support team that the refund process was initiated, no funds have been transferred to our account.

So disappointed in the Fitted Crew Marcy Tee!! I bought into the “THE TEE YOU WILL WANT TO WEAR FOR EVERY OCCASION
Feels Amazing · Figure Flattering · Versatile · Holds Shape After Washing” ? Could not have been more opposite. They are sized about 2 sizes small and after washing according to directions they looked like they been mushed in a basket for weeks. Even worse, I ordered EIGHT of them and they refused to refund or exchange. Never ordering from them again.

Had the pleasure of coming to this location for a meetup event and absolutely loved it. The space was clean, the staff were super friendly, the actual decor and aesthetics were beautiful, and it was perfectly quiet to get some work done. To add to that, there was free tea/water/coffee and beer available. Definitely recommend this co-working space, if you are looking for one.
