I was so nervous going in for my colonoscopy. I read all the reviews. But I honestly had a great experience. I arrive 30 minutes early and they brought me back immediately. The nurses were so nice (I will say they did scare me at the start when I asked if they saw people my age and they responded, “yeah, someone your age had colon cancer”). Everything went very smoothly. Checked-in in a timely manner, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Was in and out of the procedure exactly in time my GI office predicted. Facility was clean and quiet. Really no issues at all, the negative reviews scared me but didn’t mirror my experience

Well, the wait was two hours…but that seems to be the norm these days. Comfortable waiting area, and a clean lavatory. The staff is wonderful! Thanks to all the staff 😊
