My sweet cat was not feeling well, and I just moved so I didn't know where to get really loving and supportive kitty care. I was also unable to take him in myself. My partner brought him in, and he was seen by Dr. Canales. I was on speakerphone as she discussed options, pricing, and follow up. Even though I couldn't be there, I felt so comforted and grateful that we chose this veterinary office. I am so pleased with her attention to detail, how kind and informative she is, and I'm grateful to have found the right place for both of my boys. I hope never to have an emergency situation again. Responsible and experienced doctors, accommodating staffs, short response time, and they handle my dog with great care—my dog doesn’t think of this place as a vet, more like daycare with amazing human friends who always give him all the attention he needs

The whole staff is great! Very attentive, knowledgeable and caring. Clear and effective communicators. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Price! She is so Sweet towards my cat bijou. She’s understanding with how my cat is feeling and treats her like bijou could be her own pet and it’s just really comforting to see that. There are cheaper, veterinarian offices in the city but I continue to come to West Chelsea vet because of the excellent medical care they provide and the genuineness in the interactions I’ve had with the staff there. Thank you so much!
