Giving them 3 because the ambience is great and they seem good at cutting hair, but I wouldn’t know because they have simply awful customer service, and despite talking to them, no one mentioned that they don’t have any open chairs for the rest of the day until I had been there for more than an hour and asked after taking a phone call. (And they spent a lot of time on their phones so you’d think someone might say something?)

These guys are the best. They take great care of you and I left with a smile on my face. 10/10*EDIT* came back to get my eyebrow slit again, and I stand by my original review. It speaks volumes that as a woman I felt welcome and well taken care of at a barber shop, these guys are genuine, care about what they do, care about YOU, and they do a damn good job. 10/10?

Solid barbershop with some very talented barbers. Prices are high for a simple fade ($45) before taxes, tip and other fees. Hard to justify getting a cut every 1-2 weeks when most other places still charge $20 -$30. Attention to detail has been really good. I recommend Nova and Alex. I would give 5 stars but the Owner keeps raising their prices and has reintroduced Squire which adds processing fees.
