Totally unreliable. Made an appointment to have ac's cleaned. They never showed up and claimed the appointment was never confirmed. However, I had texts, which I showed him, that clearly show the appointment was confirmed. Do not trust them.

We had 3 vertical stack units that had been acting up for some time. Their tech finally convinced us to replace all three of them. 8 months, $20,000 and I don't know how many visits later, we have zero functional units. They have frequently cancelled appointments. They have been 1-2 hours late for the ones they did show up for. I'm sitting here again waiting for their technician who is two hours late. I'm not sure what to do other than to yell into the void...Service: Repair HVAC
