My hair was a hot mess! I bleached it a few days ago for the first time to get rid of the black box dye i had before. Did not like how it turned out because the color i had after was looking brassy (orange) and then I was told to use a semi permanent mosturizing color on my hair (dark brown) to avoid dyeing it but still wanted to dye it. I explained my situation to the owner (Wanda) unknowingly, and told her I wanted to dye it. She gave me the advice I needed to hear, which was (NOT to), and my mother agreed. (THANK YOU WANDA!) . I went in for the appointment I had set up today because Wanda advised me to do a deep conditioning on my hair to hydrate it , and my hair came out looking and feeling GREAT!, and I'm glad I took Wanda's advice. I would also like to thank her mother, who did a miracle with my hair and Maithe for the blowout. I highly recommend this salon after this great experience

Thank you for BREAKING MY HAIR AND DAMAGE IT. MY LEFT SIDE IS SHORTER THAN THE RIGHT. IF YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO USE THIS CHEMICALS DO NOT USE THEM ON THE CONSTUMER. MY HAIR WHEN I WASHED IT LOOKED LIKE HAY DRY AND FALLING IN PIECES. I TOLD THE LADIES THERE I DO NOT WHAT TO DO IT I DONT HAVE TIME AND I JUST HAD SOME HIGH LIGHTS LES THAN A MONTH AGO AND THEY SAID YOUR HAIR WONT BE DAMAGE😡 i trusted them but just FOR THE MONEYYYY YOU CAN NOT DO THAT TO PEOPLE. YOU SHOULD BE CLOSED. FIRST TIME I WAS HAPPY BUT SECOND TIME SO BAD RESULTS. I HAVE A LESS HAIR NOW. THEY ASKED TO GO BACK AND THEY WILL A APPLY A MASK.. FOR WHAT!??? THAT WAS NOT GOING TO GIVE MY HAIR BACK. MY HAIR IS ABUNDANT BUT FINE. I CANT LEAVE MY CURLS BECAUSE LOOK SO LITTLE. GO TAKE CLASSES. I SHOULD HAVE CHECKE THE 1 STAR REVIEW FIRST. PLEASE DO NOT GET ANY CHEMICAL TRAETMENT HERE. IM CONFIDENT ILL REVOVER MY HAIR

They charged me $35 just for trimming the ends of my hair (mind you my hair is already short, shoulder length). This is without any washing or blow-drying. The owner, has a nasty attitude and explained that the price increased is due to inflation. If you add washing and blow-drying then the total is $70+ This was a total rip off ?
