They were professional and supportive to our family prior to and during the funeral. We were fortunate to have worked with this team and we are grateful for the countless ways they helped us through a very difficult time. I seldom write reviews, but felt I must for Wah Wing Sang Funeral Home because of how much my family and I appreciated them when my mother passed. During this difficult time, the funeral director and his brother handled everything for us. They were kind, understanding, and responsive, even when I called several times in the middle of the night and had no clue about Chinese funeral traditions. They were accommodating and provided gentle guidance and assistance, from explaining Chinese funeral customs and presenting options for the funeral. This is a funeral home with a lot of history in Chinatown. All my family members used them and they’re very professional and on point with everything they do. The only drawbacks are there’s no parking on premise and it needs a facility upgrade. As with every funeral home in NYC, the casket price they charge is a ball breaker. Order the casket online and give them heads up going in. I would definitely recommend using their service.
