Vistasite Optique provides thorough eye exams and offers a welcoming atmosphere. The optometrists, including Dr. Vladimir, are knowledgeable and happy to explain the science behind various tests. They are kind and non-patronizing, making patients feel at ease. Staff are also well-trained in handling insurance, although there may be occasional issues. Patients appreciate that the business does not push them to buy frames in-house and accepts many different insurance plans. Overall, Vistasite Optique is a great place for eye care, with a team that is thorough, knowledgeable, and non-pressuring.
The staff is very friendly, professional, and helpful. The receptionist Anna, from beginning to end was problem solving oriented. She anticipated all of the possible problems I was going to run into, and gave me solutions. My wife, daughter and son all receive optical services from Vistasite at 4204 Broadway. Great service!
The front end sales associate prevented this from being a ***** rating. The youngish Optometrist who has been in the field for two years and trained in Puerto Rico was thorough, and very friendly. No problems there. Although the young woman upfront knew that I was there for a simple prescription as I said when making the appointment. She tried to put my visit into my medical insurance with a $40. copay. She didn't seem too happy when I told her that there was no copay for the service. And that I have a ophthalmologist. Dr. Vladimir and team provided the most welcoming, intellectually-stimulating (the Dr. was happy to explain the science and rationale of various tests), thorough eye exam of my adult life. Kind and non-patronizing, which is so rare these days. Saw me on time, and triple checked my insurance would go through. Highly recommend!
