3 days in I’ve been debating whether I should write a review or not but I’m highly disappointed these do not look like they should be $110. I kept telling myself it’s okay but it’s not two of my finger nails hurt really bad she cut me a few times I had to pay $15 extra to do French and each nail is different although the service was okay they were also nice I’m very upset and regret not speaking up when I should’ve!!
I’ve had great experiences in the past but I’m not sure if there is new management or something because the quality has declined and they also accept appointments without enough staff available to uphold them. (Been waiting 45 minutes after my appointment start time, and I need to get to work.) They also have had me soaking in acetone for the past 20 minutes now, which I don’t think is supposed to be on skin for this long. Frustrating.
This was my first time going to V.I.P. Salon and it will now be my go to! The technicians and owner were so friendly and accommodating. They took care of me from the moment I walked in, until the moment I left. It was a true 5-star experience!
