Village Maternity surpassed all of my expectations for how prenatal care can look and feel. I wish everyone could receive the support, attention, time, and compassion that I experienced. I came to Village Maternity pregnant with my first child and full of anxiety about the entire process. The midwife LaTosha spent as much time as I needed during each appointment (she blocked off a full hour!) and answered any emails or calls within minutes. No question was too silly or concern too trivial. Village Maternity was amazing at providing me with the birth experience I always wanted. For my first pregnancy, I choose an OBGYN based solely on convenience. I did not do any research about the type of pregnancy and birth experience I wanted and that led to an overall negative experience.Going into this pregnancy, I wanted to make sure I had a team that would support me. The midwives and registered nurses at Village Maternity not only supported me and my decisions, but they went above and beyond. We had an excellent experience at Village Maternity! They were very nice and thoughtful accepting me when I was 28 weeks plus pregnant. Georgia Rose guided me and my partner during our journey and we are very thankful for that! She is a wonderful person! From the first time we spoke on the phone with her, during hospital tour, in the prenatal to post partum time, she was always available (by phone and text messages) to answer my endless questions and always giving us great advice.
