I had a wonderful experience working closely with one of their locksmith, Rom, to help determine what type of digital lock I would want for my apartment door. He gave me options and spoke to pros/cons after seeing my door. Installation was quick and efficient. Highly recommend working with them in the future! Also had keys made and that was easy!!

I’m I live in Midtown and honestly didn’t expect to travel downtown for a locksmith,but now I won’t go anywhere else. I brought in a 20 year old high security key .. without the original card, and they were able to make a perfect copy. That alone blew me away. The level of professionalism and attention to detail is on another level. After this experience, I’ll gladly make the trip to the Village every time.

We just moved to a new apt and we didn’t have a window gate . Village lock and key came fast took measurements and within only one week they came and installed NYFD approved window gate for the fire escape. Thank you so much for the excellent experience !!!
