We purchased a glass shower surround from Vigo thru Home Depot. When it arrived, the shipping container was badly damaged but no broken glass so we thought all was well. The bath remodel took longer than expected (installer issues) but when we finally got to installing the shower glass, we found there was hardware missing. Ron from Vigo has been working with us to make sure we have all the parts needed and get them shipped right away. Great job Vigo!
I bought VIGOs horizontal shower drain and over the counter sink from Home Depot. I had an issue 2 years later with paint coming off the drain. I submitted a claim and VIGO took care of it right away. They have a limited lifetime guarantee for this product. Very quick and no hassles. Thank you.
