We purchased a Vigo Stainless Farmhouse sink with faucet back in 2019. Full disclosure, it wasn't through Vigo, some third party seller on Amazon. Love the sink, love the faucet. Through normal wear and tear, the chrome finish started to peel off the pull down spray head and it started to be bothersome when using it. I decided to reach out to Vigo directly to see if they would sell me a replacement spray head. I purchased two faucets for a bathroom upgrade 14 years ago. Had a problem with one starting to leak. Vigo customer service provided troubleshooting assistance culminating in needing to replace cartridge. Glad that Vigo supports older products and have parts available.
