The team was incredible. They’re professional, compassionate, calm, and reassuring throughout the entire experience. Dr. Ortiz explained our cat’s condition thoroughly and made sure we understood everything clearly. The sutures were also exceptionally neat and well done. I truly hope your fur babies never need an emergency visit, but if they do, this is a great place to go.

VEG ER for Pets was incredible during such a stressful situation with my fur baby. Everyone there was so kind, calming, and genuinely caring. They kept me updated the entire time and made me feel reassured every step of the way. You can tell they truly care about both the pets and their owners. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone going through a pet emergency.

Our two cats were seen quickly. The veterinarian, Dr. Kass, was able to address our various concerns, and was very patient in explaining procedures and answering all of our various questions. Olga, our lovely technician, expertly handled both cats (one who can be spicy) without incident. An all-around good experience, at a reasonable cost. We will definitely return here, if and when another emergency crops up!
